NEO Royal Executive Club (NREC) is an international network for senior professionals, entrepreneurs, investors and public figures. It was founded in Dubai in 2025 by My NEO Group to give its members direct access to one another, and to the opportunities that follow.

The Group
Part of My NEO Group.
NREC was founded and developed by My NEO Group, a Dubai-based international group active in artificial intelligence, banking, payments, private capital, real estate and hospitality.
The Club is the Group's meeting point with investors, institutions and public bodies. It operates as a separate legal entity under its own business licence, with chapters that extend its reach beyond the United Arab Emirates.

Dr Mickael Mosse
Founder and Group CEO of My NEO Group, the international group based in Dubai. He founded NREC in 2025.
Managing Director
Olivier Fousse
Chief Operating Officer of My NEO Group. Earlier roles at J.P. Morgan, BNY Mellon, Microsoft, Société Générale and HSBC.
Managing Director
Dr Emily Mogano
Vice President of Institutional Partnerships at My NEO Group. She handles the Club's international and government relations, with a focus on links between Africa, the Gulf and other markets.
